CoreSight is owned and operated by Eliab Sanchez, a licensed Professional Inspector with the Texas Real Estate Commission (PI License #26851). With over a decade of hands-on inspection experience, he brings a rare balance of technical expertise and practical insight to every home inspection.

For seven years, Eliab served a Texas municipality, performing detailed inspections on both new and existing residential and commercial construction projects—ensuring compliance and safety at every stage. He then spent five years as a quality assurance inspector for a large-scale home builder, where he personally inspected more than 1,000 homes, helping deliver properties that met the highest construction standards.

This blend of municipal oversight and large-scale builder experience means Eliab approaches every inspection with both a critical eye and a commitment to giving homeowners confidence in their investment.
